CO-FOUNDER
As Co-Founder of MEA Projects, Lewis brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to the business. With a background in construction management dating back to 2014 and a focus on insurance repair projects since 2019, Lewis has guided countless policyholders through the difficult aftermath of property damage… helping not just to rebuild homes, but to restore stability and peace of mind.
Before stepping into leadership, Lewis worked on the tools as a tradesman, gaining a ground-up understanding of the industry that continues to shape the way he leads. His approach is rooted in honesty, integrity, and clear communication. These values are embedded in the culture of MEA Projects and are evident in every interaction with clients, partners, and the wider team.
Lewis is passionate about creating a company where people can grow, thrive, and take pride in their work. Under his leadership, MEA Projects is more than a service provider… It’s a supportive, professional environment dedicated to delivering outstanding results with care and compassion.

FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
As Co-Founder and Financial Director of MEA Projects, I bring both strategic oversight and day-to-day operational involvement to the business. Since co-founding the company, I’ve been committed to building an organisation rooted in transparency, care, and quality service.
With a background in construction and business operations, my role centres on financial leadership and long-term planning. I oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance, helping ensure the company remains on a solid, sustainable path as we grow.
I’m driven by the opportunity to lead with purpose, whether that’s supporting our internal team to thrive or delivering clarity and reassurance to our clients. For me, it’s about helping create a business that genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives.

CONTRACTS MANAGER
With a strong background in insurance, property repair, and customer service, Joseph brings a compassionate, client-focused approach to his role as Contracts Manager at MEA Projects. He specialises in managing insurance claims from initial survey through to final handover, supporting policyholders through some of the most stressful and emotional periods of their lives.
Joseph began his career in the trades, spending 17 years as a professional plasterer running his own business. This experience taught him the value of craftsmanship, consistency, and clear communication. His journey progressed through roles in the insurance industry and social housing, where he delivered housing repairs with empathy and a strong sense of community service.
A notable highlight includes his time on the BBC’s DIY SOS, where he contributed to projects that made a real difference to people's lives.

CONTRACTS MANAGER
With over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications and construction industries, Steve has been a Contracts Manager at MEA Projects since 2022, bringing both deep technical expertise and a strong sense of purpose to every project he leads.
Originally joining MEA as a subcontractor while running his own business, Steve transitioned into a full-time leadership role after recognising a desire to do more for policyholders, becoming a key advocate for clients during some of the most challenging times in their lives. His background includes the successful delivery of hundreds of projects, from local authority contracts to high-value insurance claims, always with a focus on quality, clarity, and care.
Steve now specialises in managing insurance repair works from initial survey to final handover, working closely with policyholders, trades, and insurers to ensure every job is completed with empathy, professionalism, and precision. With two decades of hands-on building experience, Steve is a trusted point of contact and problem-solver who knows how to guide people through uncertainty with confidence and compassion.
His passion lies in rebuilding not just homes, but lives. Steve does his utmost to turn a difficult situation into a positive outcome through dedication, empathy, and a steadfast commitment to doing what’s right.

CONTRACTS MANAGER
With a career in construction that began in 2006, Sam brings a depth of hands-on experience and practical insight to his role as Contracts Manager at MEA Projects. Starting as a labourer specialising in dry lining while qualifying as a carpenter and joiner, he has built a strong foundation in the industry from the ground up.
Since joining MEA in 2023 as an operative, Sam’s dedication and natural leadership have seen him quickly progress into a management role. His first-hand experience on site gives him a unique perspective on the challenges contractors face and allows him to anticipate and resolve issues early, streamlining the repair process and maintaining project momentum.
Sam is committed to delivering a seamless experience for policyholders, with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Approachable and solutions-focused, he works closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure that every project meets high standards and ends on a positive note for those affected.

FINANCIAL COORDINATOR
Kyler is the Financial Coordinator at MEA Projects, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the business. With a sharp eye for detail and a talent for multitasking, Kyler handles a broad range of responsibilities… from processing supplier and subcontractor invoices to reconciling bank accounts and invoicing policyholders for their insurance excesses.
Beyond finance, Kyler oversees office purchasing, keeping the team well-equipped, and manages the vehicle fleet, ensuring all servicing, MOTs, and claims are handled promptly and professionally.
Highly organised, focused, and solution-oriented, Kyler thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in rising to any challenge. Her work underpins the smooth delivery of every project, making her an essential part of both the office and the wider MEA Projects team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
Stephanie has been a key part of MEA Projects since the early days, growing into her current role as Project Coordinator. Working closely with our Contracts Managers, she acts as a main point of contact for policyholders, guiding them through the repair process during what is often a very stressful time.
Stephanie is passionate about supporting people through challenging circumstances, always advocating for the best possible outcome while helping restore homes to a liveable state. Her background in property management and pharmacy administration has equipped her with strong organisational skills and a compassionate, customer-focused approach.
Driven, adaptable, and committed to making a positive impact, Stephanie prides herself on helping policyholders get their lives back on track with care, professionalism, and determination.

ADMINISTRATOR
With over 20 years of experience in administrative roles, Hannah brings a wealth of organisational expertise and a customer-focused mindset to MEA Projects.
Since joining the team in 2024, Hannah has played an integral role in supporting the company’s continued growth while ensuring a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
Her friendly and approachable nature allows her to be a calming presence for policyholders during stressful times. Understanding how overwhelmingly difficult situations can be, Hannah is always ready to listen, answer questions, and provide reassurance with patience and empathy.
