Strip-Out Drying Reinstatement
A hidden shower valve leak caused widespread moisture damage, requiring structural drying, repairs, and the installation of a new bathroom suite.
At Pardown, a hidden leak from the shower valves behind the tiled wall had caused extensive moisture damage, spreading beneath the shower tray, sink, and flooring.
To fully address the issue, we stripped out the affected areas and implemented a targeted drying program for the walls and floors. Once the structure was stabilised, we supplied and installed a brand-new bathroom suite, tiles, and decorative finishes, restoring the space to a high standard.
