Validation Strip-Out Drying Reinstatement
A hidden pipe leak caused widespread bathroom damage, requiring a full strip-out, structural repairs, and the installation of a new bathroom suite.
At Highnam Gardens, an escape of water caused tiles to lift from the walls and floor, leading to extensive hidden damage. Upon investigation, we discovered a leaking pipe embedded in the wall, which had spread moisture throughout the bathroom.
To fully restore the space, we carried out a complete strip-out, removing the bathroom suite, tiles, and damaged flooring. The joists were treated, the floor was replaced, and the walls were plastered, retiled, and redecorated. Finally, we installed a brand-new bathroom suite, ensuring a high-quality and long-lasting finish.
