A burst water tank in the loft caused severe damage throughout Tiffany’s, with the leak going undetected for over a month while the policyholder was away. Upon arrival, we assessed the damage and worked with insurers to arrange alternative accommodation for the policyholder.

We swiftly coordinated leak repairs and hazardous waste removal, addressing extensive mould buildup. A full strip-out was required, including the kitchen, bathrooms, wall surfaces, ceilings, insulation, staircase, and floor coverings. Once the property was fully dried, we carried out a complete reinstatement, restoring every area to pre-loss condition.
