At Lynn Road, we removed and replaced the decking to allow access for essential drainage repairs, restoring the outdoor space once the work was complete.
At Lynn Road, a failed drain beneath the decking required excavation to complete essential drainage repairs. To facilitate access, we removed and disposed of the existing deck, allowing the drainage team to carry out their work.
Once the repairs were completed, we returned to reinstall the decking, ensuring a seamless restoration. The policyholder opted to stain the deck themselves at a later date to finalise their preferred colour choice. Through efficient removal and reinstatement, we successfully restored the outdoor space while supporting the necessary drainage work.
